A Path of Grounding and Transformation
Alexia Paul is a master practitioner in Hypnosis and Neuro-Linguistic Programming, a trainer, and a certified RYT200 yoga instructor (trained in India and France).
Passionate about supporting her students, she developed this unique method combining yoga, hypnosis, and emotional self-regulation to help soothe feelings of uprooting, cultivate inner stability, and build self-confidence.
Alexia kindly shares her expertise and experience, inviting everyone to reconnect with their inner sanctuary and fully embrace their expatriation in harmony with themselves.
