November marks the start of the northeast monsoon, with more frequent and sometimes longer rains.
Temperatures: 25–31 °C. Humidity is high.
Despite this, days alternate between sunny spells and showers, allowing you to enjoy activities.
The air is sometimes a bit hazy, but the vegetation is lush thanks to the rain.

Activities to do in October
1- Cultural Visits: explore the National Gallery Singapore (in the former Parliament and City Hall) or the Asian Civilisations Museum—perfect for rainy days.
2- Shopping & Food Courts: Orchard Road with its massive malls, and hawker centres like Maxwell Food Centre or Lau Pa Sat to taste local cuisine.
3- Stroll through Historic Districts: Little India (especially after Deepavali), Chinatown with its temples and markets, Arab Street and Haji Lane for alternative shopping and trendy cafés.
4- Nature & Outdoors: Botanic Gardens (UNESCO site) with its tropical greenhouse, stroll through the Singapore Zoo or River Safari, both offering covered areas.
5- Unique Excursions: a sunset cruise on the Singapore River or a bike ride in East Coast Park.
6- Neon Lights Festival (often in November): a music and arts festival featuring concerts, installations, and open-air performances.
