For nearly 15 years, Cathy Nagat has supported women with excess weight in the aesthetic field. She observed a truth often forgotten: sustainable weight loss does not begin with diet, but with reconnecting to oneself.
She then trained in neuroscience and epigenetics to become a neuro-behavioral coach specializing in weight loss, with an approach based on three pillars:
