ABOUT ALEXIA PAUL
A Path of Grounding and Transformation
Alexia Paul is a Master Practitioner in Ericksonian Hypnosis and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), an EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) practitioner, a trainer in Ericksonian Hypnosis, and a certified RYT200 yoga instructor (trained in India and France).
She trained at the Institut France Hypnose Formation (Paris 10), a leading hypnosis training center in the Île-de-France region, led by Dr. Robert Larsonneur—a renowned healthcare professional and trainer—and Noémie Kleiber, a certified NLP life coach, SNH-certified hypnotherapist, and trainer in hypnosis and NLP.
Passionate about supporting her students, Alexia has developed a unique method combining yoga, hypnosis, and emotional self-regulation. She helps each person soothe feelings of uprootedness, cultivate inner stability, and strengthen self-confidence.
