ABOUT ALEXIA PAUL

A Path of Grounding and Transformation

Alexia Paul is a Master Practitioner in Ericksonian Hypnosis and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), an EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) practitioner, a trainer in Ericksonian Hypnosis, and a certified RYT200 yoga instructor (trained in India and France).

She trained at the Institut France Hypnose Formation (Paris 10), a leading hypnosis training center in the Île-de-France region, led by Dr. Robert Larsonneur—a renowned healthcare professional and trainer—and Noémie Kleiber, a certified NLP life coach, SNH-certified hypnotherapist, and trainer in hypnosis and NLP.

Passionate about supporting her students, Alexia has developed a unique method combining yoga, hypnosis, and emotional self-regulation. She helps each person soothe feelings of uprootedness, cultivate inner stability, and strengthen self-confidence.

With gentleness and kindness, she shares her expertise and experience, inviting everyone to rediscover their inner sanctuary and fully embrace their expatriation in harmony with themselves.

9:30 AM – 10:00 AM: Welcome with a healthy breakfast

A convivial moment to start the day gently: hot drinks, fresh fruit, vegetarian options… An informal time to lay the first foundations for connection and relaxation.


10:00 AM – 11:00 AM: Roots & Breath – Gentle Yoga & Conscious Breathing

A Hatha Yoga session accessible to all, combined with guided breathing (Nadi Shodhana), to disconnect from the mind, release tension, and ground oneself in the present moment. The goal: to improve posture, focus, and relational availability for the rest of the day.


11:00 AM – 12:30 PM: Stress, Brain & Resources – NLP & Light Hypnosis Workshop

An interactive workshop to better understand how stress works and learn to mobilize your internal resources:

  • The role of the reptilian brain in mental overload

  • Why sensory anchoring truly works

  • Creation of a simple and effective resource gesture

  • Pair exercises to anchor a positive memory and activate the body with confidence

A practical approach to integrating accessible emotional regulation tools into daily professional life.


12:30 PM – 1:30 PM: Convivial Lunch

Healthy buffet or seated meal according to your preference. A time for informal breaks and sharing, fostering exchanges among colleagues and allowing for digestion of the day’s learnings.


1:30 PM – 3:00 PM: Decoding Your Brain for Better Communication – Interactive Workshop

A fun and impactful workshop to decode our cognitive biases and improve team interactions:

  • Language pitfalls that hinder cooperation (and how to transform them)

Make yourself comfortable for a guided visualization session. This inner journey allows you to:

  • Receive post-hypnotic suggestions to extend the benefits of the day in the weeks ahead

A moment of deep recentring, beneficial both individually and collectively.


4:30 PM – 5:30 PM: Closing Circle & Shared Herbal Tea

An open sharing time, over a soothing herbal tea, to close the day with simplicity and presence.
Each participant chooses a word or personal intention to take with them and receives a link to two exclusive audio guides:
“5-Minute Mental Break” & “Express Grounding” to extend the experience into daily life.
