The program varies from day to day, allowing participants to join for one or two days, depending on their preferences.

About Pauline Billaud
A chef trained in excellence,
guided by passion
Pauline Billaud first worked as a legal advisor for a decade before answering her true calling: cooking.
A graduate of Ferrandi Paris and a member of the National Culinary Academy, she trained alongside renowned chefs in France and Asia, and now develops a modern, elegant, and deeply human French cuisine.
Passing on the culture of taste to expatriates
