EXCLUSIVE TRAVEL - Train yourself, your students or your staff abroad

  • Self-employed professionals or aspiring professionals (retraining): Take advantage of advanced programs and/or introductory workshops led by French or international experts to reinforce your skills, train, initiate and practice.
  • Training centers and schools: Include training modules abroad for your students, in partnership with local learning sites, rigorously selected in the countries of origin of the disciplines and knowledge, or provide your students with your own short training courses in total immersion in a foreign country.
    It’s also an opportunity to bring your former students together for the duration of a stay, to brush up their skills and maintain links.

THE SIGNATURE TRIP
Who is it for?

The SIGNATURE trip is aimed at professionals in the wellness, sports and beauty professions who wish to organize retreats or training courses for their clients.

Each stay is tailored to the needs and expectations of the professional.
We discuss together to define your objectives, destination and desired activities.
A service contract for your SIGNATURE stay is signed to validate your commitment.
You will be invoiced for a flat-rate study estimate of 250€, which will be reimbursed if the trip goes ahead.

We offer a variety of destinations and work with our local partners to meet your needs and desires.

We can integrate participants’ international flights if your group has already been formed on the date the service contract is signed.
This choice is to be validated together.
We can also offer you a holiday without flights, giving your customers the choice of airline and travel class.
We can also take care of individual flight management, for an additional handling fee.

Activities are customized to meet your stay objectives.
You can choose the activities that best suit your group and complement your own workshops and activities.

We can organize stays for groups of all sizes.
Whether you want to organize an intimate retreat for a few participants or a larger event, we can tailor our packages to your needs.

We offer a range of accommodation options, from luxury hotels and ecolodges to private villas and retreat centers.
The choice depends on your preferences and your chosen destination.

Meals can be organized according to your customers’ dietary preferences (vegetarian, gluten-free, etc.).

As travel agencies, we have a network of specialized partners to help you build your stays and optimize your customers’ experience.
We manage all logistical aspects, allowing you to concentrate on your expertise and on accompanying your customers.
We would also like to remind you that only a travel agency registered with ATOUT FRANCE is authorized to sell holidays.

As travel agencies, we work with you to help you legally market your holiday to your customers.
We handle the administrative and insurance aspects, so you and your customers can travel with peace of mind and confidence.

For any specific cancellation or modification request, simply contact us by e-mail or telephone within a reasonable period of time, and we’ll look together at the solutions we can provide (depending on the causes and the lead time before the departure date).

For stays that do not include international flights: A deposit of 35% is paid on confirmation of registration, when the sales contract is signed.
We then offer payment facilities depending on the departure date.
The balance must be paid no later than 45 days before departure. For stays including international flights: the conditions are the same, but with 100% payment of international flights on registration.

You’ll get the most out of your stay without having to speak the local language.
All our trips are supervised by local contacts and French-speaking guides who will be there to assist you.

What is EXCLUSIVE travel?

EXCLUSIVE trips are designed around training courses, initiations and internships abroad.

EXCLUSIVE trips are reserved for professionals in the wellness, sports and beauty professions (independent professionals, training centers and schools, companies in the wellness, sports and beauty sectors), and for anyone in the process of retraining or becoming a professional in the wellness, sports and beauty professions.

Contact the agency to validate your registration, directly via our online contact form, by email to contact@wellness-voyages.com or by telephone on +33 (0)6 75 68 50 57.
As soon as we receive your request, a member of the WELLNESS VOYAGES team will contact you to finalize the registration form, known as the sales contract.

This information is detailed in the full program, which is available online at www.wellness-voyages.com.

The majority of our holidays are priced “Ex-flight”, to leave everyone free to choose their own means of transport and timetable.
However, it is of course possible to entrust us with the booking (issue costs extra).

To protect yourself and ensure your reimbursement in the event of cancellation, or to have more guarantees, we strongly recommend that you take out insurance for all your stays.
It is not included in the price of the stay, and must be purchased for each participant in the file at the time of booking.

For trips that do not include international flights: A deposit of 35% must be paid on confirmation of registration when signing the sales contract, followed by the balance 45 days before departure.
For stays and trips booked less than 45 days before departure, full payment will be required.

For stays including international flights: the conditions are the same, with the exception of international flights, which must be paid in full (100%) upon registration.

Once again, we advise you to take out the travel insurance we offer for your trips.

WELLNESS VOYAGES will inform you of the status of the trip according to a predefined schedule.
A minimum number of participants is required to maintain the departure of the trip depending on the type of trip (this information is available in the complete trip program).
In the event that the departure is no longer guaranteed, we will offer you an alternative that may suit you on other dates or a refund according to the general terms of sale.

Stays are supervised by French and/or local counselors.
Some local staff may not speak French.
In such cases, this will be specified in the program presentation.
