About Maud Jourdan

From challenge to empowerment

Diagnosed at a young age with eating disorders, Maud Jourdan has traveled a long path of recovery. Rejecting ineffective conventional approaches, she created her own method based on 15 years of exploration, integrating neuroscience, nutrition, energy, brief therapies, and body awareness.

Today, as a mind-body coach specializing in neuro-psycho-nutrition, she passionately shares her expertise and experience to help other women navigate change with ethics and sensitivity.
