Neuro-behavioral weight loss coach

For nearly 15 years, Cathy Nagat has supported women with excess weight in the aesthetic field. She observed a truth often forgotten: sustainable weight loss does not begin with diet, but with reconnecting to oneself.

She then trained in neuroscience and epigenetics to become a neuro-behavioral coach specializing in weight loss, with an approach based on three pillars:

  • Reconnecting with bodily sensations (hunger, satiety, digestive comfort)

  • A neurobehavioral icebreaker designed to gently dismantle common myths about weight, stress, and motivation

All done in small groups, supported by an interactive Kahoot quiz to encourage exchange and create a collective dynamic from the very first minutes.


9:30 AM – The Brain on Autopilot: When It Decides for Us

An interactive workshop to understand how our eating behaviors are influenced by our mental automatic patterns:

  • Identification of your automatic eater profile through an individual questionnaire

  • Pair debrief session

  • Exploration of the brain’s two operating modes: automatic vs. adaptive

  • Key concepts: decision fatigue, pursuit of immediate reward, unconscious patterns

12:30 PM – Mindful Lunch

2:00 PM – Better Know Yourself to Motivate Yourself Better

Learn to identify the different motivations that drive us, and how they influence our daily choices:

  • Interactive group quiz to introduce the topic

  • Focus on the 3 Types of Motivation:

    • Primary (based on a fundamental need)

    • Intrinsic (motivated by pleasure or meaning)

    • Extrinsic (motivated by a reward or external pressure)

3:15 PM – Managing Emotional Vulnerability Related to Overcommitment

Because trying too hard to do well can sometimes harm balance, this session offers:
