About Maud Jourdan

An approach born of experience

Maud Jourdan is a pharmacy graduate, coach, and trainer in neuroscience, neurobiology, and neuro-psycho-nutrition. A hypnotherapist, yoga and Ayurveda teacher, she combines science and holistic practices to guide women toward lasting well-being.

For over 25 years, including 12 years dedicated specifically to supporting women in a holistic way, Maud has developed a unique method that connects the mind, emotions, and body. Her approach is based on the deep conviction that knowledge is a true superpower: understanding the different phases of a woman’s life, knowing the physiological changes, and knowing how to take concrete action are, in her view, the keys to navigating these stages with serenity and strength.

For Maud Jourdan, perimenopause and menopause are not signs of decline, but powerful transitions—moments that invite reconnection with oneself and reinvention. With kindness and passion, she helps each woman experience this stage as an opportunity for transformation and fulfillment.
