Each Signature Retreat is a unique experience designed especially for French and French-speaking people around the world — whether newly expatriated and seeking connection, or long settled in their adopted country with the desire to share and exchange in their native language, French.
It is led by a wellness coach who is also an expatriate, certified as a Wellness Voyages Wellness Expert, and trained in the philosophy of the brand.
The 2-Day Program
Day 1 – Pause and Reconnect with Yourself
Objective: slow down, breathe, and recentre yourself.
This first day invites relaxation, body awareness, and self-connection.
