Privacy policy

The terms mentioned below have the following meanings in this Privacy Policy:

• IDENTIFIER: refers to the data entered to validate a USER’s registration on the SITE;
• PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR PROCESSING: refers to the entity that determines the means and purposes of processing personal data;
• SERVICE: refers to all the services offered by Wellness Voyages and available on the SITE;
• SUBCONTRACTOR: means the person processing personal data on behalf of the DATA PROCESSOR, who acts under the authority of the DATA PROCESSOR and on the instructions of the DATA PROCESSOR;
• USER: refers to any person accessing and browsing the SITE either as an ordinary Internet user or as a CLIENT.

Your personal data may be collected by Wellness Voyages for explicit, legitimate and specific purposes in order to ensure :

• The proper operation and continuous improvement of the SITE, its services and functionalities;
• Managing document download requests ;
• Managing contact requests and quotations ;
• Management of requests for access, rectification and opposition rights, deletion, limitation, portability, right to digital death and the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL;
• Compilation of sales statistics.

In any event, and for each defined purpose, Wellness Voyages will do everything in their power to ensure the security and confidentiality of the personal data entrusted to them, in compliance with the laws and regulations in force.

Your personal data is collected and processed by Wellness Voyages, which is registered with the Trade and Companies Registry and is responsible for processing the data collected on the SITE. Wellness Voyages is considered to be the data controller for the personal data used to operate the SITE.

When Users browse the SITE and/or wish to take advantage of the services available on the SITE, Wellness Voyages may collect certain personal data from Users.

• Data relating to the follow-up of the commercial relationship: requests for information, history of exchanges with the services ;

In particular, Wellness Voyages may collect personal data:

• During your visit to the SITE ;
• When you contact the SITE.

Whatever the method of data collection, Wellness Voyages undertakes to inform you of the purposes of data processing, whether replies are obligatory or optional, the possible consequences for you of failing to reply, the recipients of the data, and the existence and procedures for exercising your rights of access, rectification and opposition to the processing of your data.

All data concerning you is collected only directly from you, during our various exchanges (letters, emails, telephone calls, etc.).

Wellness Voyages may send commercial solicitations to Users who have accepted them.
If, at a later date, Users no longer wish to receive such solicitations by e-mail, Users may at any time send an e-mail free of charge and without providing any other reason to the following address: info@wellness-voyages.com.

Only the authorized and specified persons mentioned below may have access to USER data:

• The authorized personnel of the various Wellness Voyages departments (the authorized personnel of the communication, administrative, logistics and IT departments, responsible for handling customer relations and in charge of control);
• Subcontractors of Wellness Voyages acting in the name and on behalf of the Company;
• Third parties likely to place cookies on your terminals (computers, tablets, cell phones, etc.) when you give your consent;
• Third-party social networks.
  The SITE may use social plugins provided and operated by third-party companies, such as the Facebook button.
  As a result, you can send third parties information that you view in a section of our SITE.
  If you are not logged in to your account with the third party, the third party will not know who you are.
  If you are logged into your account with the third party, then the third party will be able to link information or actions relating to your interactions with the SITE to your account with the third party.

Your data will not be communicated, exchanged, sold or rented to anyone other than those mentioned above.

Wellness Voyages undertakes to keep the data collected in a form that allows your identification for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the data is collected and processed.

However, data may be processed for the purpose of proving a right or contract.
Data may also be stored for the purpose of complying with a legal obligation or kept in files in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

As an exception, the USER’s identification data is kept by Wellness Voyages for a period of three (3) years from the last contact with the USER.

For the management of our commercial relationship with you and customer follow-up, your data is kept for 3 years from the end of the commercial relationship if you are a customer.
Beyond that, data is archived for the period during which the lawyer’s responsibility may be called into question.
For the management of legal requests concerning your personal data: your data is kept for 1 year.

With regard to cookies, it is specified that the information stored in your terminal (e.g. cookies) or any other element used to identify you for the purposes of anonymized audience statistics is not kept beyond a period of thirteen (13) months.

Finally, in order to ensure the proper functioning and ongoing improvement of the SITE and its functionalities, raw anonymized traffic data is kept for a period of thirteen (13) months.

In accordance with the Data Protection Act and the RGPD, you have the following rights:

• Right to limit the processing of your data(Article 18 RGPD)

• Right to portability of the data you have provided to us, where your data is subject to automated processing based on your consent or on a contract(Article 20 RGPD)
• Right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL(article 77 RGPD)
• The right to decide what happens to your data after your death, and to choose whether or not we pass on your data to a third party designated by you(find out more).
  In the event of your death and in the absence of any instructions from you, we undertake to destroy your data, unless its retention is necessary for evidential purposes or to meet a legal obligation.

These rights may be exercised by sending a simple request by e-mail to info@wellness-voyages.com, or by post to 22 rue du Pontreau, 85180 Les Sables d’Olonne, France, indicating your contact details (surname, first name, address and a copy of a signed identity document) and a legitimate reason when required by law (notably in the event of opposition to processing).

If you provide us with a copy of your identity document to prove your identity, we will keep it for one (1) year, or three (3) years if you exercise your right to object.

Wellness Voyages and any subcontractors undertake to implement all technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of our processing of personal data and the confidentiality of your data, in accordance with the French Data Protection Act (Loi informatique et Libertés) and the European Data Protection Regulation (RGPD) and Law No. 2018-133 of February 26, 2018 “bearing various provisions of adaptation to European Union law in the field of security”.

In this respect, Wellness Voyages takes the necessary precautions, with regard to the nature of your data and the risks presented by our processing, to preserve the security of the data and, in particular, to prevent it from being distorted, damaged or accessed by unauthorized third parties (physical protection of the premises, authentication process for our customers with personal and secure access via confidential identifiers and passwords, logging of connections, encryption of certain data, etc.).

Wellness Voyages undertakes not to transfer USER data outside the European Union.

If Wellness Voyages were to do so, it would inform USERS, indicating the measures taken to control this transfer and ensure that the confidentiality of their data is respected.
