Your speaker : LAURENTINE SALAZAR

With a background in business studies, Laurentine hasn't always been involved in well-being, and this turning point came after a serious burn-out.
After years of hating her body and her job, and losing part of her health in the process, something clicked. On her own, she lost the 35kg of stress and sedentary lifestyle she'd accumulated in her previous job when she left it; and thanks to a self-taught diet rebalancing, and her new "addiction" to the gym. Her reconversion then came naturally: 2 state diplomas in sports coaching, 2 Pilates certifications, one in Sport-santé. Then 2 training courses of 200H each Yoga alliance internationale, the last of which led by Gemma Vassallo and Prashant Pandey live-visio from India.
At the same time, she is training in Neuroscience to help her students achieve 360°, because she knows just how much the body and mind need to be in communion to heal and achieve deeper goals. Epicurean and cheerful, she likes to mix her practices with her other passions: nature, travel, good healthy food but without frustrations. Her practices are therefore a blend of Pilates and gentle yoga (Hatha, Yin and Nidra), personal development and Magic Hands massages, for complete guidance, with the warmth and kindness typical of her Colombian origins.

Your accommodation

It's a warm, carefully decorated establishment, reflecting both traditional Portuguese style and modern comforts, with breathtaking views over the local landscape.

Your hosts offer a full range of facilities in a 5-hectare park featuring several character areas such as an outdoor swimming pool, a workshop, a pergola, a vegetable garden and an arena for brazier parties.

Permaculture, pottery, yoga, massage, kirtan, cooking and horse-riding workshops are on offer. As for your taste buds, the chef prepares gourmet, tasty meals.

day 1 - Welcome to portugal!

Upon arrival at Lisbon airport, depending on your flight arrival time, a private transfer will take you to your charming quinta, nestled in the heart of the Portuguese countryside.

This tastefully renovated former farmhouse welcomes you with its rustic charm and lush gardens.

Take advantage of your free time to relax and discover the quinta: take a dip in the refreshing pool or relax by strolling through the olive groves and vineyards surrounding the property.

In the late afternoon, join us for a welcome cocktail, an opportunity to get to know your fellow guests and Laurentine, your instructor.

The evening continues with a delicious dinner served at the quinta, all in a friendly, refined atmosphere, before you retire for a well-earned night's sleep after this day's travel.

day 2 - a gentle day

Start your day with a session of Hatha yoga, complemented by the chakras to enrich and deepen your experience. It's the perfect way to start your day.

After this enriching experience, a rejuvenating breakfast awaits you and you can enjoy some free time to recharge your batteries by the pool or on one of the quinta's terraces.

At the end of the morning, Laurentine offers a guided meditation on "self-esteem". A privileged moment to learn how to improve your self-confidence and reduce stress and anxiety.

Enjoy a delicious breakfast based on local, seasonal produce, served as a brunch.

In the late afternoon, join Laurentine for a Pilates session focusing on the spine, allowing you to strengthen your core muscles and improve your posture.

After a delicious dinner, Laurentine invites you to a final Yoga Nidra session for the day, a practice of deep relaxation and guided meditation, ideal for developing quality sleep.
An intimate journaling session is then offered before a good night's sleep.

day 3 - A PERSPECTIVE OF WELL-BEING

Start your day with a session of Hatha yoga. As you breathe, each posture gently awakens your muscles, stretches your body and harmonizes your mind...

After this enriching practice, a rejuvenating breakfastawaits you and you can enjoy some free time to recharge your batteries.

At the end of the morning, Laurentine offers a guided meditation on "the heart chakra". This chakra is associated with love, compassion, healing and connection.

Enjoy a delicious breakfast based on local, seasonal produce, served as a brunch.

In the late afternoon, join Laurentine for a Pilates session focusing on the legs, allowing you to strengthen your core muscles and improve your posture.

After a delicious dinner, Laurentine invites you to a final Yin yoga session for the day, focusing on relaxation and passive postures.
You can then enjoy a private journaling session before a good night's sleep.

day 4 - discover lisbon!

After breakfast, get ready for an exciting urban adventure. Your shuttle will drop you off in the heart of Lisbon, a city where every street tells a story and where life is good.
Depending on your mood, wander the cobbled streets of the Alfama district, where colorful houses and flower-filled balconies create a picturesque and seductive atmosphere, or explore the city and its emblematic monuments such as the Belem Tower, the Hieronymites Monastery or the Parc des Nations, giving you a comprehensive overview of Lisbon's history and culture.

At lunchtime, let yourself be carried away by your desires and discover the many culinary possibilities Lisbon has to offer. Taste local specialties such as bacalhau à bras and, of course, indulge in the famous pastéis de nata, one of Portugal's must-try deserts.

Take time to stroll along the Tagus, visit a contemporary art museum, do a little shopping or simply relax in a shady park. Take the afternoon to explore the city at your own pace.

At the end of the day, you return to the quinta where a delicious dinner awaits you.
You'll then enjoy a moment of conviviality to share your experiences in a warm and relaxed atmosphere.
Afterwards, you can enjoy a private moment of journaling before a good night's sleep.

day 5 - A DAY OF WELLNESS AND PLEASURE

Start your day with a Hatha yoga session led by Laurentine. Enjoy a soothing and inspiring atmosphere for this moment of inner connection.

After this enriching experience, a light breakfast awaits you and you can enjoy some free time to recharge your batteries by the pool or on one of the quinta's terraces.

A brunch lunch is served before you set off for your afternoon on the beach !

In the early afternoon, a van takes you to the enchanting beaches of Fonte da Telha. Here, time is yours. Whether you choose to swim in the cool Atlantic waters, meditate facing the ocean or simply soak up the sun, every moment is an invitation to relax.
As daylight fades, get ready for an unforgettable evening. Join a dance class on the beach, where lively rhythms and graceful movements invite you to express yourself freely.
The dance class is followed by a delicious dinner at the beach restaurant, where the ocean view offers a magnificent sunset spectacle.

After a day rich in iodine and sea breezes, return to the quinta. You can then enjoy a private moment of journaling before a good night's sleep.

day 6 - Adeus lisbon!

Start your day at dawn, with a final session ofHatha yoga, followed by a concluding journaling session to bring your retreat to a close.

A delicious breakfast is served afterwards.

After check-out, the quinta puts its communal areas at your disposal so that you can make the most of these last moments. Why not curl up in a hammock with a good book, or take a guided meditation in the dedicated pavilion?

Depending on your departure time, a light lunch is available at the quinta.

Your private transfer will take you to Lisbon airport.

After one last "Adeus" in Portugal, it's already time to head home. You fly back to France, taking with you all the benefits of this magnificent getaway dedicated to yoga, Pilates and meditation.

You'll leave feeling light-hearted and revitalized, full of energy and positive vibes, ready to face everyday life with renewed serenity.
