Your expert: nancy giraudeau - naturopath and reflexologist

His background is atypical.

In 2012, she found herself unable to do her job, and was forced to take a long break, while questioning her future.

She then undertook a skills assessment which, unsurprisingly, revealed her need to help others.

During her introspection, she devoured books on plants and natural methods for taking care of herself and feeling better. Her path is clear.

Nancy joins the IFSH (Institut Français des Sciences de l'Homme) in Nantes for a two-year course.

Graduating in 2015, she set up her practice in Cholet, her hometown, and has been helping her patients get better ever since, thanks to the tools naturopathy provides.

Your expert: Cathy NAGAT - Neurobehavioral weight loss coach

After working for almost 15 years in an aesthetic clinic, Cathy has worked with many overweight patients.

Traditional techniques (surgical or non-invasive via cryolipolysis) work very well, but do not treat the origin of this weight gain. Some patients were gaining weight again.

Faced with this bitter realization, Cathy decided to train in neuroscience and epigenetics to become a Neurobehavioral Weight Loss Coach.

His highly personal method focuses on 3 areas:

- Reconnecting with your body by feeling your true hunger and satiety
- Managing emotions and stress
- Transgenerational beliefs, injunctions and drivers

Guided by listening, caring and non-judgment, Cathy says little about food, which is only a symptom, but helps her customers improve their self-esteem by overcoming stress and limiting beliefs.

Cathy takes a holistic approach to understanding each individual and is convinced that fun, enjoyment and self-awareness can be perfectly combined with sustainable weight loss.

Just 40 minutes from Lisbon, you'll be staying in a magnificent, warm and tastefully decorated quinta, reflecting both traditional Portuguese style and modern comforts.

day 1 - Welcome to Portugal!

Upon arrival at Lisbon airport, depending on your flight arrival time, a private transfer will take you to your charming quinta, nestled in the heart of the Portuguese countryside.

This tastefully renovated former farmhouse welcomes you with its rustic charm and lush gardens.

Take advantage of your free time to relax and discover the quinta: take a dip in the refreshing pool or relax by strolling through the olive groves and vineyards surrounding the property.

At the end of the afternoon, join us for a welcome cocktail, an opportunity to get to know your fellow guests and Emma, your instructor.

The evening continues with a delicious dinner served at the quinta, all in a friendly, refined atmosphere, before you retire for a well-earned night's sleep after this day's travel.

day 2 - Rebalance your diet

Your day begins with a gentle muscular awakening led by Cathy. This time invites you to stretch every muscle and awaken every cell in your body. A feeling of vitality and serenity settles over you, paving the way for a day of well-being.
Then treat yourself to a healthy, balanced breakfast.

Morning Workshop: Listening to your Body
The morning continues with an exciting workshop where you learn to distinguish between the urge to eat and true hunger. It's an inner journey where you discover the subtle signals your body sends out, often masked by habits and emotions. This workshop guides you towards a deeper understanding of your relationship with food.

At the same time, understand why diets fail and learn to say goodbye to unnecessary dietary constraints. Free yourself from restrictive patterns and beliefs, and embrace a more intuitive and respectful approach to your diet!

Lunch at the quinta
Enjoy a delicious lunch prepared with local produce and served as a brunch.
Free time and Reconnection
The afternoon begins with free time to refocus, explore the quinta's picturesque surroundings, or simply relax. It's a precious moment to reconnect with yourself, away from the distractions of everyday life.

Afternoon workshop: Harmonizing Diet and Temperament Join Nancy for a transformative workshop where you'll discover how to adapt your diet to your unique temperament and constitution. day 3 - LISTEN TO YOUR EMOTIONS

Morning Discovery: Stress and Weight Gain
The morning continues with a captivating session led by Cathy, where you explore the links between stress and weight gain. She reveals how stress can disrupt your eating habits and encourage you to compensate with food. With concrete examples and clear explanations, Cathy helps you understand these mechanisms and recognize them in your daily life.

Thanks to her sound advice, you'll learn to manage your emotions in a healthier way and develop strategies to avoid the pitfalls of compensatory eating. It's a realization that allows you to let go and move closer to emotional and physical balance.

Lunch at the quinta
Enjoy a delicious lunch prepared with local and seasonal products, and served as a brunch.

You then enjoy free time to explore the quinta's lush gardens, read a book or simply relax in your own way. It's a precious moment to reconnect with yourself and nature.

Serenity Afternoon with Nancy
Join Nancy for a workshop on stress management. In a tranquil setting, Nancy introduces you to the secrets of essential oils and phytotherapy. You'll learn how natural resources can help you regain calm and tranquility.

Nancy also introduces you to the simple yet effective methods of breathing and self-reflexology, to promote a state of inner tranquility. Valuable tools to take with you.

Dinner, social time and overnight at the quinta

day 4 - discover lisbon!

After breakfast, get ready for a free and exciting urban adventure. Your shuttle will drop you off in the heart of Lisbon, a city where every street tells a story and where life is good.

Depending on your mood, stroll through the cobbled streets of the Alfama district, where colorful houses and flower-filled balconies create a picturesque and seductive atmosphere, or explore the city and its emblematic monuments such as the Belem Tower, the Hieronymite Monastery or the Parc des Nations, giving you a comprehensive overview of Lisbon's history and culture.

At lunchtime, let your desires take over and discover the many culinary possibilities Lisbon has to offer.
Each place, from small traditional cafés to modern restaurants, offers a unique gastronomic experience. Taste local specialties such as bacalhau à bras and, of course, indulge in the famous pastéis de nata, one of Portugal's must-try deserts.

After lunch, take time to stroll along the Tagus, visit a contemporary art museum, do a little shopping or simply relax in a shady park. Take the afternoon to explore the city at your own pace and enjoy the magic of this beautiful capital.

At the end of the day, you return to the quinta where a delicious dinner awaits you.

day 5 - cooking and pleasure day

Workshop with Nancy: Conscious Eating and putting it into practice
The morning continues with an inspiring session led by Nancy who guides you through the fundamentals of conscious eating, helping you to discern what really nourishes your body and what can harm it. She shares tips for cultivating a healthy, balanced diet tailored to your individual needs.

You'll dive into the world of food, learning to listen to your body and choose ingredients that support your health and well-being. This enriching workshop gives you the keys to transforming your relationship with food, making every meal a source of healing and vitality.

Put into practice what you've just learned by taking part in a healthy and balanced cooking class. Under the expert eye of Nancy and Cathy, you'll prepare a delicious and nutritious brunch. Fresh vegetables, whole grains and herbs are your allies in this culinary adventure. Together, you create dishes that are not only good for your health, but also for your taste buds.

Brunch Gourmand
Once you've finished cooking, enjoy the fruits of your labour at a convivial brunch.

Afternoon at leisure in Fonte da Telha
In the early afternoon, a van takes you to the enchanting beaches of Fonte da Telha. Here, time is your own. Whether you choose to swim in the cool Atlantic waters, meditate facing the ocean or simply soak up the sun, every moment is an invitation to relax.

Letting go and Océane magic
As the day wears on, get ready for an unforgettable evening. Join a dance class on the beach, where lively rhythms and graceful movements invite you to express yourself freely.
The dance class is followed by a delicious dinner at the beach restaurant, where the ocean view offers a magnificent sunset spectacle.

Return and peaceful night
After a day rich in iodine and sea breezes, return to the quinta for a restful night.

day 6 - Adeus lisbon!

Start your last day with a delicious breakfast in the quinta's sunny garden.

After check-out, the quinta puts its communal areas at your disposal so that you can make the most of these last moments. Why not curl up in a hammock with a good book, or take a guided meditation in the dedicated pavilion?

Depending on your departure time, a light lunch is available at the quinta, at an additional cost.

Your private transfer will take you to Lisbon airport.

After one last "Adeus" in Portugal, it's already time to head home. You fly back to France, taking with you all the benefits of this magnificent getaway dedicated to yoga and meditation.

You'll leave feeling light-hearted and revitalized, full of energy and positive vibes, ready to face everyday life with renewed serenity.
