Master practitioner in hypnosis, trainer, and certified yoga teacher
Trained in India and France, Alexia is a certified yoga teacher (RYT200), master practitioner in Hypnosis and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and a trainer in emotional regulation.
Her method is unique: it combines body, breath, and awareness to help each person regain inner stability, especially during life transitions or expatriation.
Through yoga, hypnosis, and emotional self-regulation tools, she gently guides you toward greater self-confidence, grounding, and alignment.
