An expert passionate about physiology, anatomy, sports, yoga, Pilates, neuroscience, and massage.
Since her career change in 2019, she has continuously trained on this magnificent machine that is the human body, after years of taxing her own through overwork and lack of physical activity.
She is passionate about showing you how to care for your body and make it happier and healthier, through habits and practices to embed for a more peaceful life and robust health.
She holds dual state diplomas in sports, is certified in Pilates and Neurosciences, and has completed 650 hours of certified Yoga Alliance training (Hatha, Yin, and Nidra). She has also trained in massages, self-massage, and detoxification methods to help you bring your body and mind toward deep and lasting well-being — as well as cultivate essential self-love for daily wellness, regardless of your activity level, age, body type, or medical history.
She now supports an active clientele overwhelmed by daily life and responsibilities; people seeking well-being, movement, self-reconnection, and attentive listening to their deep needs.
With loyal clients, full classes, numerous requests, and a comprehensive and varied activity, she offers a unique holistic approach.
