For nearly 15 years, Cathy supported women struggling with excess weight in an aesthetic clinic. She observed a striking paradox: despite effective technical solutions (surgery, cryotherapy), the results didn’t last. The weight often returned, sometimes despite extreme restrictions. This realization pushed her to look deeper.
A holistic and compassionate approach
Cathy helps her clients break free once and for all from the vicious cycle of dieting, guilt, and constant control. Her method is based on three pillars:
