About Cathy Nagat

Neuro-behavioral coach specializing in weight loss and stress management

For nearly 15 years, Cathy supported women struggling with excess weight in an aesthetic clinic. She observed a striking paradox: despite effective technical solutions (surgery, cryotherapy), the results didn’t last. The weight often returned, sometimes despite extreme restrictions. This realization pushed her to look deeper.

A holistic and compassionate approach

Cathy helps her clients break free once and for all from the vicious cycle of dieting, guilt, and constant control. Her method is based on three pillars:

  • Reconnecting with bodily sensations (hunger, satiety, digestive comfort)
  • Managing stress and buried emotions

  • Identifying limiting beliefs, often passed down through generations

She rejects all forms of dietary restriction, considering them a source of chronic stress. Over the course of the sessions, her clients rediscover pleasure, freedom, and connection to their bodies—often long forgotten.

Each coaching journey is entirely personalized, as no life path, metabolism, or emotional memory is the same.
